Hot Air-Through Nonwoven Fabric

The ES fibers (PP/PE or PET/PE double-component fibers) are combed through a carding machine to obtain a fluffy and uniform fiber web. The fiber web is penetrated by hot air on the drying device, heated and melted to produce adhesion, after that hot air through nonwoven fabric finished. Hot air through fabric has no chemical additives in the production process, with a delicate and smooth appearance, a fluffy and soft feel, high breathability, and good elasticity. Widely used in daily life, such as the surface layer, back sheet, waist circumference, sanitary napkin top sheet, mask filling materials, etc.
