Triple-carding

Triple-carding is the latest spunlace production line introduced from Andritz by our company. Thet fabric is formed by two parallel carding machines and one airflow forming machine, and then reinforced with high-pressure water needles. The airflow forms a web making the fiber distribution more three-dimensional. The triple-carding spunlace nonwoven fabric combines the thickness of the product, with strong longitudinal and transverse strength, and a fluffy and soft feel. Commonly used for cotton towels, disposable bath towels, etc.
