PP/pulp compound

Uniformly disperse wood pulp fibers in water to form a suspension, and then dehydrate a large amount during the web forming process to form fiber wet paper. By using high-pressure water to puncture the fiber wet paper into PP spunbond nonwoven fabric for reinforcement, PP wood pulp composite spunlace fabric is obtained. Combining the excellent oil absorption and mechanical properties of PP spunbond fabric with the excellent water absorption of wood pulp, PP wood pulp composite fabric is widely used in wet wipes, lazy wipes, disposable towels, industrial wiping cloths, and diaper core wrapping.
